Update fixes game crash due to missing DirectX component.

05/16/2017 update - Certain players were encountering a crash on the standard version of the game if they did not have a component of DirectX 9 installed on their computer. The newly updated installer should now install the required DirectX component, and in the event the DirectX component is missing, will simply disable the desaturation visual effect rather than crash.

If, after installing this update, you are still missing the DirectX component and the desaturation effect as the fuel gauge empties is not present in your game, you may try manually installing DirectX from Microsoft
